Our Impact
We’re committed to partnering with families, helping to clear the path by removing the hurdles they face as they work toward stability.
Our Mission is Straightforward:
We partner with families experiencing homelessness to educate their children and create pathways to success.
In practice, this can be more complex – determining a family and student’s needs, developing custom education plans, and supporting parents so they can create stability for their family. At the end of the year, we’re able to measure real success in our educational programs, our after-school programs, and our family support measures. During the 2023-24 school year, our services contributed to improving the situations of 203 families, collectively equaling more than 630 individuals.
Education
Over the course of the 2023-2024 academic year, we measured improvements across the board. Almost every grade improved their math and reading skills.

We identify students’ needs through on-site evaluations and screenings, connecting them with resources like glasses and counseling, or with referral based services like speech or occupational therapy. By accessing services during the school day, we remove barriers like transportation and scheduling, ensuring families can focus on stability while students get the care they need to thrive.
