Positive Tomorrows Selected to Participate in Catalyst Program

Positive Tomorrows was selected as one of 14 community-based organizations to participate in Stand Together’s Catalyst Program. This six-month program is designed to help innovative groups build capacity and increase their impact to help more people break the cycle of poverty. In addition to receiving personalized coaching in a proven business framework, Market-Based Management®, as a selected organization Positive Tomorrows also received a $30,000 grant.

“These fourteen organizations are having a significant impact in the communities that they serve and we are excited to welcome them to our Catalyst Network,” said Evan Feinberg, Executive Director of Stand Together. “Through our Catalyst Program, we look forward to working with all of these organizations to explore ways that they can increase their impact and transform more lives and communities.”

Positive Tomorrows staff members traveled to Arlington, Virginia this June to participate in the three-day opening summit with 13 other community-based groups from across the United States. The program will conclude in November of this year.

“As Positive Tomorrows prepares to grow and move into a larger facility, this program comes at a great time for us,” said Susan Agel, President and Principal at Positive Tomorrows. “We are grateful for the opportunity to learn more about increasing our capacity and making a greater impact on those most vulnerable in our community
