Lost and Found Cat Visits Positive Tomorrows

This April, author Amy Shrodes visited Positive Tomorrows for a reading of her recently published children’s book, Lost and Found Cat.

Lost and Found Cat tells the true story of a family of Iraqi refugees who, thanks to the love and care of Shrodes and many other volunteers, were reunited with their beloved cat Kunkush after fleeing the violence in their home country.

Our students were touched by Kunkush and his family’s story, and were inspired by Shrodes’ tenacity in accomplishing something seemingly impossible in order to change the lives of others.

Thank you Amy, for inspiring our students to think globally and to help others in need!
