A Note From Our New CEO
Two years. As we celebrate two years in our beautiful new school, and two years of this global pandemic approaching, we look back with gratitude and forward with hope. As I write this, in my first full week as President and CEO, I can’t help but be grateful.
The last two years have been challenging, but I am so proud of the amazing staff that have met every challenge with optimism and tenacity. I look forward with a strong team who treasures each day with students, even though we don’t always know when a student’s last day will be. We meet every day giving all we can to ensure each student leaves feeling empowered, successful and loved.
To our staff – Thank you for being champions and advocates for our kiddos and families. We know how much they can accomplish and it is so exciting to watch them grow and exceed goals. We see and hear you. I’m so excited to see where we go in the next year. We are opening two new classrooms, including expanding into middle school.
To our donors, volunteers and partners – we are so thankful for you. It’s your generosity that has created the momentum propelling us forward. It’s your generosity that has allowed us to create a vision for expansion of our programs. And most of all, it’s your generosity that allows us to remain strong and productive, providing hope for families living in poverty.
Thank you for embracing us as part of your community—in the past, in the present, and in the promising future ahead of us all.
Warm wishes,
Margaret Creighton
